Welcome to SkillBee, a platform offered by 4KF INTEGRO PVT LTD ("we", "our", or "us"). 4. Registration and Account Security

- Payments for Services must be made using the methods specified on the website. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and conditions set forth by SkillBee.
7.3 Billing Information
- You must provide accurate billing information when making a purchase. Inaccurate or incomplete billing details may result in delays or errors in processing your order.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
8.1 Cancellation by User
- Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of enrolment for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 7-day period unless specified otherwise in specific course terms.
8.2 Cancellation by Integro
- Integro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
8.3 Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval and will be issued using the original payment method.

The arbitration will take place in Chennai, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Integro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
