1. Course Offerings:

SkillBee offers over 200 courses covering tech skills, soft skills, corporate training programs, and faculty development programs for educational institutions.

Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in these courses?

No prerequisites are required. Students can choose courses that fit their career aspirations. For guidance, a career guide is available prior to course selection.

• How can one enrol in a course?

Students can enrol via our web portal https://skillbeeglobal.com and make payments directly. Offline course enrolments can be done through school or college accounts.You may also visit a nearby SkillBee Global centre for registration and payment

• Are there any specific documents or qualifications needed for enrolment?

No documents such as educational certificates or personal IDs are needed. However, students enrolling for training and placement services can upload relevant documents to their career-building profile pages.

3. Pricing and Payment:

• What are the pricing details for both online and offline courses?

Pricing for online courses is displayed on our website https://skillbeeglobal.com. Discounts may be available for bulk registrations from educational institutions. For offline courses, pricing is fixed negotiating on a quotation submitted by SkillBee to the organization.

• What payment methods are accepted?

All standard payment methods are available, including bank transfers and UPI payments. A tax invoice will be emailed to the registered email ID of the candidate. You may also visit a nearby SkillBee Global centre for registration and payment

• Are there any discounts or financial aid options available?

Discounts for bulk registrations from educational institutions are available. Some free courses are also offered. Scholarships or discounts may be available for eligible candidates. Please send a support request explaining your situation.

Online Courses

• How long will students have access to the online courses?

Access is available for 365 days, 24/7.

• Can the course be accessed on multiple devices?

Yes, the courses can be accessed on mobiles, laptops, and desktops

• What is the format of the online courses?

Courses are designed with an approved lesson plan, fully audio-backed, and supported with videos, infographics, and picture illustrations. Assessments include MCQs and written, PPT, or video upload assignments after each lesson.

• Are there any live sessions or is it entirely self-paced?

There are a few live sessions by expert faculties scheduled from time to time, with prior notifications to candidates.

• What are the technical requirements to access the online courses?

A high-speed internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps) is required. Courses run on our proprietary servers with an integrated Learning Management System (LMS).

• What kind of support is available for technical issues?

For issues like loss of access or assessment submissions, a support request can be sent to support@skillbeeglobal.com.

• How can students contact support?

• Is there a certificate provided upon course completion?

Yes, all courses are certified. Soft skills are certified by STEM.org, and tech skills are certified by various companies, as detailed in the course descriptions.

• What are the criteria for earning the certificate?

Students must complete the entire course and all assessments. A score of 70% or above is recommended for valid certification by professional organizations. However, SkillBee Global provides a course completion certificate regardless.

• What if a student needs assistance in understanding a concept?

Integrated AI assistants are available for immediate doubt clarification. Students can also send a support request from their dashboard, and an expert faculty member will call within 24 hours to clarify doubts.

Offline Courses

• Where are the offline courses conducted?

Offline courses are held at nearby educational institutions for academic students and in standard meeting facilities like hotels and conference halls for corporate training programs. SkillBee also has its own training centres in prominent locations in South India.

• What is the typical schedule for offline courses?

The schedule is coordinated with the institutions and corporates seeking training programs, and participants are notified in advance.

• Are there any options for flexible timings?

Yes, trainers can conduct sessions during office hours and extended office hours until 9 pm from Monday to Saturday.

• Are course materials provided? If so, what kind?

Course materials are provided digitally. In some cases, hard copies and handouts are provided to enhance participant involvement.

• Is there any additional cost for course materials?

No additional cost unless candidates request personal copies of exclusive training/learning content.

• What facilities and amenities are provided during offline courses?

Facilities are provided by the hosting institutions and companies. For programs at alternate locations, SkillBee provides meals. Accommodation, if required, is guided to reliable service providers in the location.

• What is the cancellation policy for offline courses?

Due to advance preparations and expenses, including GST components, cancellations only qualify for a partial refund. The refund amount is based on the timing of the cancellation and actual costs incurred.

• Is it possible to reschedule the course? If so, what is the process?

Clients can reschedule the course to a later or earlier date, subject to availability, instead of cancelling. This flexibility ensures the arrangements can still be utilized.
